Yorgen Edholm is a Silicon Valley veteran with 25 years of Enterprise Software expertise. Mr. Edholm co-founded Brio Technology and during 12 years as CEO, took the company public and grew it to $150 million in revenues with over 700 employees and a customer base of over 5,000 organizations. In addition Mr. Edholm was President and CEO of DecisionPoint Applications, an Analytical Applications company. Mr. Edholm has served on several public and private company boards including most recently Hyperion (sold to Oracle), I-many, Resilience, Verix and Saama. Mr. Edholm earned an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Masters in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Trained as a concert violinist, Mr. Edholm studied with Ivan Galamian, and has performed in Carnegie Hall (2005). | |

Glen Segal |
| Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development | |
Mr. Segal joined Accellion as CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance in December 2002. He has over 20 years experience in finance, fund raising strategy and business development. He was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting and has held finance and strategy positions at GE and GE Capital, Nortel Networks and Bay Networks. Prior to joining Accellion he was CFO of FlowStorm, Inc. where his responsibilities included financial management and planning, fund raising, and administration. He has also served as VP of Finance and Corporate Development at FiberStreet where he spearheaded multiple initiatives in financing, business development and operations. Mr. Segal holds a BA degree in Economics from Whitman College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. | |

Paula Skokowski |
| Chief Marketing Officer | |
Ms. Skokowski joined Accellion in February 2007. She has more than 20 years experience in product marketing, corporate marketing and new product introduction for pre and post-IPO companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to Accellion she was VP Marketing, at General Magic, where she marketed General Magic’s patented voice interfaces including the voice of GM OnStar and spearheaded the market introduction of a VoiceXML voice development platform. As Director Marketing, Echelon Corporation, Ms. Skokowski led the company’s product branding initiatives, creating an industry recognized standard for interoperable control networking. Earlier in her career she worked as a product manager and application programmer of high speed vision-guided robots for Adept Technology. Ms. Skokowski has served as a Board Member of Teradata’s Ecommerce Board of Advisors, Director for the ComputerWorld Smithsonian Awards Program and Executive Director to the LonMark Interoperability Association. Ms. Skokowski received a BA and MA Honors in Engineering Science from Oxford University and an MS in Robotics from UC Berkeley. | |

Rebecca Soler |

Ms. Soler is the Vice President of Human Resources for Accellion. Previously, she served as head of human resources for four high-growth organizations, including two enterprise software companies, Model N, Inc. and Veloz Global Solutions, XDx, a biotech company offering a unique genomic test, and SEIU-UHW, the healthcare workers’ union of California. Before focusing solely on human resources, Ms. Soler was a management consultant at KPMG, now BearingPoint, and Management Analysis Center, later Gemini Consulting, serving primarily technology clients. Ms. Soler consulted in the areas of finance process improvement, marketing and strategic planning. She was also a founding member of two startup companies, where she served as head of planning and business development for one and as Vice President of Common Services for the other. | |

Jon Pincus |
| Senior Vice President of Products | |
Jon Pincus is Senior Vice President of Products at Accellion where he oversees Engineering and Product Management for the company. Prior to Accellion, he was one of the original developers of PREfix and founder and CTO of Intrinsa Corporation, a static code analysis software company which was sold to Microsoft. He was made General Manager and stayed on with Microsoft for eight years in a number of roles including research on software reliability tools and technologies and online service development. During that time, he was the recipient of the “Chairman’s Award” in 2007. Before that, he worked on CAD and Document Management systems. Following Microsoft, Pincus was associated with several startups before joining Accellion. A graduate of Harvard and UC Berkeley, Pincus is a recognized leader in security and privacy, having authored a dozen patents, published numerous papers, and delivered speeches and keynotes on these topics. He currently serves on the National Academies CSTB panel on dependable software. | |

Gary Rogers |
| Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales | |
Mr. Rogers has more than 20 years experience leading global software sales of enterprise solutions for industry leaders such as USinternetworking (USi), Solution 6 (CMS Data), Clarus Corp., and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). In addition Gary has extensive experience in Europe and the US, building channels with Microsoft. At USi he served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing and was a key executive involved in establishing USi as the leading ASP. He also served as Vice President of Sales for Clarus Corp. and led the early growth of this firm. At ADP he served in sales and marketing management roles with significant success in the National Accounts division. Mr. Rogers graduated from the State University of New York, and participated in the Graduate Management Degree program at SUNY Buffalo. | |

Paul Steiner |

Mr. Steiner joined Accellion in 2001 as Senior Vice President-Europe. Prior to joining Accellion he held positions as Vice President of International-Europe at AboveNet Communications, Inc. and Managing Director of Europe, Africa, Middle East and India for NetCom. As a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., in Munich, Germany, Mr. Steiner’s clients included Daimler Benz, Europe’s largest copper refinery, and leading German firms in banking, insurance, retail and publishing. Mr. Steiner also co-founded NETWAY in 1995, one of the first ISPs which grew to be the leading Austrian ISP before being sold to UTA/Tele 2 in 2001. Mr. Steiner completed a PhD and MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Leoben Mining University, and an MBA from The University of Michigan. | |

Kieran O'Shaughnessy |

Mr. O'Shaughnessy has more than 18 years of successful sales and sales management experience within the information technology space and an extensive background in channel management across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Accellion, O'Shaughnessy held the position of Asia Pacific channel sales director for multinational software vendor, the Neverfail Group, where he was responsible for establishing and building a high performance channel network across the region. O'Shaughnessy also has held sales and general management positions with global software vendors Sage and the SCO Group, Inc. with responsibilities for channel and direct sales strategy development and execution.

Mr. Vijay Rao joined the Company in December 1999. He has more than 10 years experience in software design, development and architecture, working with a diverse range of technologies on multiple platforms. Currently he is responsible for the research and product development process at Accellion. Before joining Accellion, Mr. Rao co-founded two startup companies: TouchBeam Systems and NyeQ Technologies (a web application development services company) where he held various positions in engineering and general management. Mr. Rao received his BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi).
