Reports to:  Sr. VP & GM, World-Wide Field Operations

Description:  This is a global role to identify, develop, and analyze a wide variety of operational information for managing business activities.  You will identify key performance metrics and reporting requirements, provide complex analytical and statistical support and make recommendations to management. You will develop and prepare reports for use in business planning and analysis.  You will lead efforts to understand and operationally improve the lead to opportunity to close process and driving metrics.  Yours will be a key role in working with the field to collect and rationalize the sales forecast on a regular basis.  We work in a rapidly growing environment with evolving and changing needs. 


Reporting and Analysis

  • Proactively analyze trends and issues within the sales process to help us understand and fine tune our business
  • Create and own weekly dashboards
  • Develop territory reports and provide analysis; identify implications and manage follow up
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on signings/bookings
  • Provide accurate and timely KPI reporting to help manage the business
  • Analyze trends and patterns in operational data to determine potential issues and implications for the business
  • Create ad hoc reports as needed


  • Analyze monthly revenue and expense actual vs budget and identify trends
  • Contribute to budget and resource planning activities
  • Hire and manage a administrator


  • Manage and administer the sales compensation program
  • Manage all Ops processes with the Field, including sales forecasting
  • Review processes and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, especially marketing and finance, in support of common objectives


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent and minimum of 4 years in a similar role
  • Expert user; experience with Marketo or similar marketing automations solutions a plus
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
  • Experience managing sales compensation plans
  • Background in a high growth start up or small company environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills;  able to work well with peers and  management and effectively manage differences of opinion
  • Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Superb organizational skills with critical attention to detail
  • Technology aptitude and related interest
  • Self-starter willing and able to take initiative
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced and rapidly growing company
