Accellion, Inc., the provider of secure, enterprise mobile file sharing and collaboration solutions to enable increased business productivity, today announced the launch of its new kiteworks global partner program. With the population of mobile workers expected to hit 1.3 billion by 2015, according to IDC, there is increasing need for enterprise solutions that enable increased mobile productivity while ensuring security and compliance. The kiteworks solution by Accellion is an enterprise mobile content sharing solution that enables this new generation of mobile workers to be work productively and securely on any device.
"We were diligent in evaluating and selecting a partner in the content management space that could provide our customers with the kind of security and usability they need. Accellion is a leader in on-premise mobile content management space and its integration into our customer’s managed mobility services is crucial," said Jay Gordon, VP of Sales at Enterprise Mobile.
"The new kiteworks channel partner program will enable us to continue providing our customers with a secure way to manage their content on any device. Our goal is always to provide clients with solutions that drive ROI and business growth, and kiteworks fits that bill perfectly," said Doug Close, VP of Security, Mobility & Networking at Sayers.
"Our goal is to extend the power and performance of applications and services to our customers’ rapidly growing mobile workforce. The new kiteworks channel partner program will help us do just that, as it enables secure enterprise content access and management for all users on their device of choice," said Keith Reading, Managing Director at Qolcom.
"Our customers needed to implement a secure way to manage content that was being shared and created on any number of devices. The new kiteworks channel partner program will help us provide them with just that, and we’re thrilled to continue our ongoing work with Accellion," said Chuck Nguyen, VP of Technology at Inno4.
The kiteworks partner program will create a new recurring revenue model for partners, with low overhead costs and attractive product margins, that will increase channel margins year-over-year. A services add-on business will also support channel partner growth. In conjunction with the new program, Accellion is launching an online Partner Portal, where channel partners can efficiently access marketing content, track leads and register deals while receiving real-time support from the Accellion team. From within the portal, partners can find collateral and ready to go content, such as program guides, to leverage in their sales cycles, as well as training opportunities to help improve their bottom line.
“A strong channel is vital to sustainable growth in the enterprise world, and Accellion is making a commitment to moving into the channel, and working with our partners for the mutual success of new recurring revenue streams,” said Patrick Conte, SVP and GM of Worldwide Field Operations at Accellion. “We’re looking forward to growing our global channel through this new partner program and portal.”
