Accellion Secure File Transfer for Autonomy iManage WorkSite brings secure file transfer to the desktop, enabling legal teams to collaborate while securely transferring sensitive proprietary files.  Accellion iManage Plug-in is designed for use by legal firms that store files in Autonomy iManage directories.

The Accellion iManage Plug-in seamlessly integrates with the Accellion Secure File Transfer system with Autonomy iManage WorkSite, enabling users to securely transfer legal material to business partners, outside counsel, and clients. The Accellion iManage Plug-in improves the efficiency of transferring files by eliminating the need for files to be downloaded from iManage to the desktop and then sent through Outlook.  With the iManage Plug-in, confidential files can be quickly, easily, and securely distributed from the iManage document management system (DMS) to email recipients.  Files of any size can be sent directly from within the FileSite and DeskSite application.

From an IT perspective, the Accellion iManage Plug-in provides key benefits including offloading files from the email system and freeing up email bandwidth and storage.  From a security stand-point, Accellion Secure File Transfer provides the secure and auditable file transfer processes required for meeting industry and government regulations including Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, and FDA.
