How much does an Accellion secure collaboration solution cost?

Accellion secure collaboration is priced as a monthly user subscription, and costs $15/user/month for 100 users and costs as little as $1/user/month for large enterprise deployments. The price depends on the number of users and deployment configuration selected.

Can an external and internal users share files using Accellion?

Yes, Accellion is designed for secure internal/external collaboration and file sharing. 

How does Accellion provide compliance to regulations such as HIPAA and SOX?

By providing encryption, access control, and an extensive audit trail of all file sharing activities, Accellion secure collaboration and file transfer solutions enable enterprises to demonstrate compliance.  

Do I need special client software?

No. As long as you have access to a web browser, you can access Accellion secure collaboration and secure file transfer. Accellion Mobile Apps do we require a download from the mobile App store.

Can Accellion work with email clients like Outlook and Lotus Notes?

Yes. Accellion provides optional plug-ins to integrate with both Microsoft Outlook and IBM Lotus notes email clients.

Can I integrate my SAN with Accellion?

Yes. Accellion  can be integrated with SANs for large enterprise deployments. Additional professional services are required.

What kind of file life cycle management tool is offered?

Accellion allows an administrator to set a global life cycle policy to automatically delete a file after a predetermined period such as 30 days. Users with the appropriate authority can also set transaction specific policy such as deleting a file after 10 days.

Can user account creation be automated?

Yes.
