To download a file sent to you via Accellion please refer to the email you received and click on the link provided - this will take you to the file download interface and you will be asked to authenticate yourself by verifying your email address and creating a password.

Is your company a current Accellion customer?

To send files via Accellion you should register for a user account on your company.s Accellion File Transfer system, either by using the self-registration features provided, or by contacting your company IT administrator.

Your company is not an Accellion customer?
