Jonathan Yaron was appointed Chairman of Accellion’s board of directors in September 2015 and named CEO in January 2017. He has over 25 years of enterprise software industry experience as well as extensive strategic and operational expertise. Prior to Accellion, Jonathan was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Enigma, a service lifecycle management company, a position he held for 21 years, before selling the business to PTC.
Jonathan is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a degree in Economics and Management and a specialization in operation research.

Glen Segal joined Accellion in December 2002. He has over 20 years experience in finance, fund raising strategy and business development. He was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting and has held finance and strategy positions at GE and GE Capital, Nortel Networks and Bay Networks. Prior to joining Accellion, Glen was CFO of FlowStorm, Inc. where his responsibilities included financial management and planning, fund raising, and administration. He has also served as VP of Finance and Corporate Development at FiberStreet where he spearheaded multiple initiatives in financing, business development and operations.
Glen holds a BA degree in Economics from Whitman College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Yaron Galant joined Accellion in 2017 and brings 25 years of experience in product strategy, management, and development. A pioneer in security and analytics, Yaron has played a leading role in the creation of the Web Application Security space and took several products/organizations from early stage to commercially deployed, scalable solutions. Before joining Accellion, Yaron was CEO and Founder of Vieu Labs where he lead the creation of new modalities for interacting and collaborating through video. Previously, he was the Chief Product Officer at Quantifind where he helped transform raw technology into a predictive analytics solution for marketing executives. Yaron has filed 16 patents.
Yaron earned a BSc with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Cliff White joined Accellion in 2011. He has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry and web based technologies. He has also managed global engineering teams and advised C-level executives on software product engineering and best practices. Before joining Accellion, Cliff developed highly scalable software for imageshack.com, an online media hosting company and one of the most visited websites on the internet. Previously, he led the engineering function for rentadvisor.com, a peer review and recommendation website for rental properties before it was acquired by apartmentlist.com.
Cliff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Joel York joined Accellion in 2018 with 20 years of experience in cloud marketing, sales and product management. A seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Joel’s successes span growing startups to enterprise market leaders, such as Navis and SPSS. As CMO of Meltwater, he led worldwide product management, digital marketing, field marketing, and public relations. He spearheaded growth at Xignite as VP Sales and Marketing to lead the company from A to B round. Prior to Accellion, he founded Markodojo, an innovative marketing management SaaS. Joel is also a thought leader in the cloud community, advisor, board member, speaker and author of the popular cloud blog Chaotic Flow.
Joel holds a BS in Physics from Caltech, an MS from Cornell, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Kurt joined Accellion in mid 2019. He brings over 20 years of domestic, international and governmental sales experience leveraging channel and direct sales to the enterprise. Kurt previously served as VP of Sales, Americas West-Caribbean Latin America for Imperva where he helped transform and accelerate revenue growth of over 40%. Prior to that he held leadership and sales roles at Red Hat, EMC and NetApp.
Kurt graduated from Syracuse University, Maxwell School with a BA in Economics and a minor in Finance.

Frank Balonis joined Accellion in July 2003 and is responsible for technical support, customer success, and corporate IT. In addition, Frank oversees corporate security and compliance and works with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure Accellion’s software and services meet the needs of its customers. He has over 20 years experience in IT Support and Services. Prior to Accellion, Frank held senior engineering positions with Prexar, Kokusai Semiconductor Equipment Corporation and Varian Semiconductor.
Frank is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a veteran of the United States Navy.

Laureen Smith joined Accellion in 2017 and is responsible for the Company’s channel sales and strategic partnerships. She brings many years of experience in enterprise software sales and marketing, and strategic partnership development with expertise in Enterprise File Sync and Sharing, Collaboration, and Content Management. Prior to Accellion, Laureen was Vice President of North America & Asia Pacific at Workshare, where she was responsible for expanding the Company’s business in the legal vertical. Prior to Workshare, Laureen was instrumental in growing the business development and sales efforts at Planitax, a SaaS solution provider enabling corporate tax departments to efficiently and effectively manage their data. Michael Lee joined Accellion in 2014. He has over 23 years of experience in finance and accounting operational leadership with software and technology companies. Prior to Accellion, Michael served as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller of Guidewire Software, a global software company in the property and casualty insurance industry. He has held similar management positions at venture backed start-ups, as well as private and publicly traded technology companies.

Rebecca Soler is the Vice President of Human Resources for Accellion. Previously, she served as head of human resources for four high-growth organizations, including two enterprise software companies, Model N, Inc. and Veloz Global Solutions, XDx, a biotech company offering a unique genomic test, and SEIU-UHW, the healthcare workers’ union of California. Before focusing solely on human resources, Rebecca was a management consultant at KPMG, now BearingPoint, and Management Analysis Center, later Gemini Consulting, serving primarily technology clients. Rebecca consulted in the areas of finance process improvement, marketing and strategic planning.

Harry Zorn joined Accellion in April 2017 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Enterprise IT-Security software industry. He focuses on risk management, security monitoring and secure collaboration, as well as innovative security solutions and the IT-Security channel across Europe.
Before Accellion, Harry was Head of the IT-Security Business Unit & Competence Center at Konica Minolta IT Solutions, where he developed the portfolio and strategic partnerships to improve the market position of the whole organization. He joined Konica Minolta in 2013 through the acquisition of headtechnology, the company he founded in 2000. Prior to his role as founder and managing director of headtechnology, Harry founded two other companies in the eCommerce and printing business markets.
Harry is a certified economics and business administrator as well as an IT Business Engineer (Academy for Data Processing, Böblingen) and is based in Accellion’s European Headquarters office located in Stuttgart, Germany.

Kieran O’Shaughnessy has more than 20 years of successful sales and sales management experience within the information technology space and an extensive background in channel management across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Accellion, Kieran held the position of Asia Pacific channel sales director for multinational software vendor, the Neverfail Group, where he was responsible for establishing and building a high performance channel network across the region. He also has held sales and general management positions with global software vendors Sage and the SCO Group, Inc. with responsibilities for channel and direct sales strategy development and execution.

Vijay Rao joined the Company in December 1999. He has more than 15 years experience in software design, development and architecture, working with a diverse range of technologies on multiple platforms. Currently he is responsible for the research and product development process at Accellion.
Before joining Accellion, Vijay co-founded two startup companies: TouchBeam Systems and NyeQ Technologies (a web application development services company) where he held various positions in engineering and general management.
